What Needs to be Done?

Immediately upon arrival at a water damage event, an AdvantaClean technician is trained to take the following steps:

• Evaluate the contamination level of the water (i.e., is it unpolluted, "gray" or "black" water?)
• Lean what time has elapsed and what damage has already occurred
• Determine the optimal plan of action to extract, evaporate and dehumidify all affected areas

Proper equipment and techniques must be employed, as partial solutions can actually do more harm than good.
